Toxaway

A local couple purchased a lot in the heart of West Asheville and approached us to design and build a house that would maximize entertaining space but still maintain a modest size. The main focus of the house is on the kitchen, living, and dining area to give the feel of a great room.
A large pantry, reading room, office, and full bath make up the private portion situated at the front of the house, while the public section towards the rear focuses on looking out over the large deck and beautiful yard. Upstairs features a small loft space that doubles as an office and a primary bedroom with a walk in closet and a contemporary en suite. With lots of natural wood finishes and a simple color palette, 3 Toxaway became a cozy and charming design to fit in perfectly with the West Asheville neighborhood.
