The kids weren't too sure about this, but I told them we have a plan!
Here's our home (before we polished it to a mirror finish) camping off grid in New Mexico. The sunsets there are breathtaking.
With such a small space, we needed multifunctional areas. This is our dinette during the day. We eat around the table, play games, and spend lots of time learning and drawing here as a family.
Our favorite backyards look like this! Endless exploration and not another soul in sight!
At night, the table goes down, cushions are rearranged and we have a nearly king size bed!
Having a functional kitchen was a huge priority for us. We cook in here every day. We added lots of storage and kept as much counter space as we could!

We renovated this 1972 Airstream Sovereign into a home for our family of 6!
What we thought would be a quick 2-3 month renovation turned into a 6 month transformation. We took the original 1972 drab interior and turned it into our little dream home on wheels.
We have been traveling North America and road schooling our 4 kids for over 3 years now! While we know this won't last forever, we are enjoying this time together as a family and exploring as much as we can.
We've turned our home on wheels into an off grid machine with lots of solar, big battery bank, composting toilet and lots of water storage tanks!
