This 4-bedroom, 3-bath, 2,270-square-foot split-level house in Redmond, Washington, was redesigned as a "forever home" for a creative family of four. Inspired by the Pacific Northwest, the remodel features earthy tones, natural materials, and layered textures, creating a warm and inviting space.

From an initial request to relocate a fireplace, this collaboration blossomed into a comprehensive remodel, including a house extension with new patios on both levels. The heart of this transformation? The expanded kitchen, with custom cabinetry, warm quartz countertops, and a striking red faucet, seamlessly connecting to the dining and living areas.

Thoughtful design details include built-in storage, a media room tailored for entertaining, and a multifunctional office/art studio. A bold guest bathroom with olive green tiles and black fixtures adds a playful yet elegant touch. This remodel balances style and functionality, perfectly reflecting the family’s passions and active lifestyle.
