This stunning victorian home was built in 1998, incorporating traditional building methods and materials, in conjunction with large, open spaces favored in modern design. The eat-in kitchen features commercial size range and refrigerator, granite counter tops and voluminous cabinets that reach up to the 10 foot ceiling. The butler pantry provides further storage, as well as a wet bar, and communicates directly with the formal dining room, complete with chandelier and fireplace. Both the dining room and living room open directly to covered porches overlooking 5+ acres of landscape. Up the wide mahogany staircase are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, again with 10 foot ceilings, creating open, airy and light filled spaces. Throughout the house, there is no pine or finger spliced trim to be found anywhere. From the 8 inch baseboard trim to the window and door trim, everything is oak or mahogany. HVAC equipment is all modern and high grade, whole house water filtration/treatment yields excellent water, and a central vac adds further convenience to living here. Adjacent to the house is the 3 car carriage house, complete with a heated and finished studio above, which can be used as a home office, fitness studio, or a decompression chamber.
