A traditional 2/1 cottage is thoughtfully reimagined into a "WOW", gorgeous 3/2 modern main house with an open floorplan, jawdropping kitchen island with waterfall porcelain counters, vaulted 14 feet ceilings, a primary suite retreat and a studio ADU with kitchen and a private patio.
