A '60s midcentury modern ranch part of a community in the heart of Oregon wine country (Mcminnville). Untouched when purchased three years ago and slowly bringing it into the 21st century. We are specifically fond of the REYNAERS doors and (tilt/pivot) windows. Our original plan was to build a large "dream home" but realized that 2000 sq ft was more than sufficient for two people and our two dogs. Most of the work thus far has been to the infrastructure, We are now moving to bringing the interior to a more "welcoming" modern aesthetic.
