Construction and Design, Habitations Concept Dub, wanted to get in the higher end housing market for a while. They were mostly specialized with first time buyers always pushing design and quality of materials and construction in that market where most are only thinking about cost and simplicity of construction.

Looking at a new developing area near them, they were often disappointed with the similar design of those somewhat modern houses and the quality of materials used versus the price they were selling for.

After a couple of weeks, "Habitations Concept Dub" decided to jump right in, bought a land and hired local "Evolution Architecture" for the plan. After one meeting with the architects, both parts were on par with the design and type of construction they wanted so the project was officially started ....
