The home of Uberion Design owner Gregory Smith, his wife, Actress Lisa Roumain, and their 2 daughters. Originally built as a historic Girard Tract cottage in the early 1940’s, it has evolved into an airy, modern tree house retreat amidst a lush bamboo forest. Nano doors, teak wood, & concrete create simple lines and rich textures. A casual, earthy and ultra-comfortable decor makes this space ideal for indoor/outdoor California living.
