The Twins House - Studio Apartment

A 269-sqft old house is the valuable gift from my mom, which costs all her savings in her hard working life to buy. I’d love to build a nice minimalist home away from home for travellers visiting this city. Nevertheless, no architect in my city wants to take this project due to its mini-size. This forced me to search for unconventional solutions to create wholly functional and welcoming home in such a restricted space arrangement by myself. I converted my tiny space to a compact living cocoon for lease with a 360 degree rotating TV stand and a coffee table convertible to dining table. Since I have no eductation background in archi/design, I learned from Pinterest, worked with builders and furniture workers for drawings and production. Every details is designed from heart and carries my thoughts about life. Simplicity doesn’t mean a life lack of convenience. Minimalist design keeps home modern, fresh and stress-free.
