Our home is in beautiful King township, Ontario. Where our traditional country home meets contemporary living! You can have high style living in the country so we renovated our small country home to 4800sq with a three-car garage and a couch house above. The project was completed this year, 2019! An Italian flair blended with contemporary sophisticated look, is the home my husband and I wanted to create. My husband, Brian Swanson is a custom builder (Pinnacle Contracting) and I, Toni Marconi designed and built our home.

The great room and kitchen has an open modern, rustic, bohemian feel, sleek, elegant and gorgeous Italian kitchen from Italy. High gloss cream lacquered colour. All wolf appliances.
The hood range runs 6’ into the ceiling. Looks like metal but it’s outlined with 6m laminam tile.

The counters are finished with Cesar stone and backsplash is also laminam. The island is 12’ long to accommodate entertaining. Black rod iron railing with stamped design.

Large 12’ moving glass wall system. When the doors are open, the great room and patio areas become one large living area. The ceilings are 22 ft high.

A visual appeal of a large vintage wood reclaimed barn sliding door which leads into the master bedroom.
Quartz stacked white stone fireplace which stands 22ft high with an exotic zebrawood mantel.

96” built in fireplace with realistic flame effects. Behind with fireplace we have invisible giant double doors that are flush with the wall.

Heavy maple wood doors throughout and a modern, trendy Mahogany front door with frosted glass panels. The floors are all heated with in floor heating which makes the house nice and cozy!
The hardwood floors are 7” scraped, reclaimed look. The front entrance is water jet cutting design with tile heat registers.

Sleek black powder room with a black toilet, black glass vanity. Glass design vessel sink. Bathtub chain curtain. Power room tiles from Italy and bianco damask tile niche with up lighting. Maria Teresa chandelier with smoke crystal and matching wall sconce.

The large master bedroom has 10 ft window above the bed. It has a fireplace with Miamond Marma mirror tile from Italy which leads into a 18ft octagon shape ensuite with a standalone tub. The Italian porcelain tile which carries right through and up the wall. There’s a unique mosaic shower tower and all open concept when showering with 3 large windows which captures the outside. The water closet stands alone with 5 lit up shelving. His and hers vanity is floating with a large 12’ square backlit mirror

The house sits on a 2 acre lot with a 70 ft deck with glass railing.

And much, much more!
