The River house is a true Mid Century Atomic Ranch located in Southern Virginia. It has been renovated in a style that still pays homage to it's mid century roots. With its warm hues and sexy architecture it is as inviting as it is mysterious. A suspended fireplace mounted on granite draws your eye to the floor to ceiling windows inviting you to look outside. The open living room area allows the River view to take center stage. Thoughtful, yet provoking, art makes for an eclectic vibe. The dark painted exterior keeps the mood quiet outside because as you enter the house you are flooded with natural sun light. This property is unique as it is situated on the Lafayette River surrounded by very traditional homes. It truly is inviting.
