The Owner envisioned a modern expression of a simple lakeside cottage. Expansive exterior spaces combine with progressive interior design features to create a dramatic, yet unpretentious, lake cottage experience. Architecturally integrated restorative design features include intentional day lighting, passive ventilation, and geothermal HVAC.
