The Prototype

The Prototype was designed and built to be replicated 15 times on a one of a kind project. Because we believed in seing the plans coming to life before building this home multiple times, the idea of a prototype build was created. The design and plans were conceived in our basement during a covid lock down. We had drawn out the entire floor plan on the basement floor with green tape. As we started building, tweaks were done here and there to ensure that the home would be as functional as possible with its small foot print.
