From Crestwood Construction

Residing on a hill in Martis Camp with spectacular views of the valley beyond, inside and out The Nest doesn't disappoint. On the exterior, this modern mountain home is built with materials including exposed concrete, Horizontal metal siding and 1x4 Cedar soffit. On the interior there is exposed concrete, 1x4 Cedar lid, 2' x 4' Porcelain Quartzity floors throughout, lit glass stairwell, and custom built-in beds with lit glass bedside sconces. Other features of this home which has a wide open floor plan include a pool and hot tub, outdoor kitchen, game room, and custom wine rack. The 10,000 sf home was built with extreme precision in the details at every scale. Designed by Ryan Group Architects and built by Crestwood Construction, The Nest is a custom design in every aspect.
