The Modchalet Catskill

The house was built in 1980s and redesigned with a fresh and modern aesthetic by a NYC based designer. This modern chalet has 270-panoramic window views. Live the immersive experience of a boreal nature in the heart of catskill ski area. Just 8 minutes from Hunter and 13 minutes from Windham.
Our goal is to create a place that combine nature with modern live. I was born and raised in a Landscape Architectures family. I love all the things made by nature, the furnitures, the textures etc. We are also eco-friendly people so that we installed an EV charging station back to the house. We believe art is in the nature, and nature are the reflection of the arts.
