The overall theme was a more open Scandinavian remodel with a Pacific Northwest bent. Paint colors used called Sea Haze, Hale Navy from Benjamin Moore, and the wood natural walnut. The backsplash is Statements tile run vertically to mimic shiplap but provide more durability than wood. New specialty light fixtures from Design Within Reach by Moooi and Kuzco brighten the mood. Remodel completed in 2021 by MD Design & Construction. Architecture and Interior Design is my firm, Marlo Brown Architects. Photography by Will Austin.
