Located in New Jersey, the Lakewood residence is a 5000 sq. ft property designed by Monteforte Architectural Studio. The architects commissioned Quickviz to render a realistic video of the private residence, especially the exteriors, to help communicate the elevation to the homeowners. The render also explains the peculiar transformation of the outdoor pool in the backyard into an indoor pool through an automated sliding deck cover. It further demonstrates how the remaining space can be used to host parties and entertain, even when covered.
Our goal at Quickviz is to visually translate design ideas to ensure the project stands out and get approvals on the exterior design and site plan. The visualization strategically highlights intricate details that make the design of this residence special, ensuring that the designers’ hard work is rightfully translated.
