The Jaoudeh Residence

When an entrepreneurial couple wanted to relocated to a new area and moved into a larger new construction home, they needed some cool stuff to put in it! Some of their décor aspirations involved The Node Collection - a modular modern ceramic wall planter system.

This custom Node Wall was commissioned to be put on a wall facing their bright kitchen. It was located on the wall between their kitchen and living room and provides a serious focal point for the space.

Nodes hang on a single screw and as an added service, before shipping, all Nodes were laid out horizontally on a painted plywood backer board and all of the hanging screw were located and pre driven. Screws were numbered with their corresponding Node so when the clients unboxed everything, all they had to do was hang the plywood backer board with a few screws and then match each Node with its screw. It was a little like color by number and she had it hung in no time!

Node Wall Planters can fit standard nursery pots so for the larger three sizes, the clients just plopped in a nursery pot and then took it out to water it in the sink when needed. They also used airplants which they hydrated with a water mister directly on the Node Wall.
