The entry closet doors mimic the front door glass panes and the subtle grey pattern tiles add some dimension

The use of wood, concrete and metal create an architectural yet zen space. Skylights create a light-well over the kitchen sink
The entire living space opens up seamlessly to the enclosed front yard allowing for easy entertaining
The "conservatory" shares a fireplace with the living room, and has pocket sliders on both sides of the room, allowing for it to "belong" to the interior or exterior of the space, depending on mood and season
The large light-filled second floor family is nestled between the kids and master bedroom
The family room mezzanine adds an architectural element and a fun play area to the space
The solid oak steps to the master bedroom are open to below
The master bedroom is a light-filled sanctuary
Skylights are used in the master bathroom to add ample light without sacrificing privacy
The Master patio uses a mixture of stone, tile and wood, creating a private space to enjoy the Venice sunsets.
