This out-of-this-world home lives among the red rocks in Sedona, Arizona.
It exists at the convergence of Oak Creek and 2 energy healing vortexes and it embraced by towering 150 feet drastic red cliffs that salute the dome with unsurpassable breathtaking views.

The 11,200 sq.ft. home is unique in so many ways but truly one of its kind because of the incredible location, size and shape.

It has no equal. This desert monolithic is designed to shelter and protect and heal and nurture. The steel reenforced concrete exterior and interior is a single structure, 3 feet think at its base, and was designed as a self-sustaining fallout shelter and bunker. External electromagnetic energy is almost entirely shielded from entering by the imposing dome. Marvel at living inside a habitat based on the golden ratio.  Designed to capture and amplify the powerful Sedona vortex that it sit on top of and channel its healing energy and align it with your energy. This is a place of healing and enlightenment.

The symmetrical floor-plan cascades up three stories and is centered around a massive entirely glass ground to ceiling light-well that pours natural light into the entire home. The light-well is the focal point for a pillar of powerful consistent vortex energy resonates in calm eddies in the home and extends vertically into the universe. The 10 bedroom , 7 bathrooms, exercise room, entreatment room, massage room, offices, writing and reading rooms, mediation room and extra rooms to create a steam room, sauna and any other uses you might want all circle around the light-well. The house is blessed with a big bight kitchen, an enormous living room that is over 50 feet long and large subterranean dry storage rooms.

The 4.7 acres are very private and makes this home the only one in Sedona with over 600 feet of creek access!
When Nathan and I found the Dome, we felt like we could be unburying a treasure. Then my brother Luigi and his crew started to peel every layer of the broken concrete and giving the structure more shape and beauty than I expected.

This project was very challenging for my brother Luigi and his crew but we felt that this Dome was worth saving since it could be a unique piece of art and we were so right.

Today, after we just listed we have a sense of accomplishment and celebrated a week retreat with our family next the soothing river sounds on the last full moon. Totally enjoyed the shooting starts and the magnificent bright skies. We hope another wonderful family gets to experience the magic of this Dome and treasure it for years to come.
