The Alary is a signature new 28-story luxury rental tower located at 33 Westchester Place in downtown New Rochelle, N.Y. Developed by Allstate Ventures, this eye-catching building is the final and most eagerly awaited piece of Westchester Place, the arts-focused, three-building community that’s played a starring role in New Rochelle’s evolution into a thriving hub of culture, creativity, and modern living.

The Alary presents an elevated collection of residences, complemented by a full suite of high-end amenities and services. Designed by renowned NYC-based firm Fogarty Finger Architects, The Alary commands attention with its sculptural white terra cotta façade accented in bronze.
