Our esteemed clients, Runjhun Bansal and Sunil Bansal, approached Vanshika Agarwal Designs with a unique vision. They wanted a penthouse that would reflect their family's heritage and cultural values, while also incorporating modern elements to suit their contemporary lifestyle.

A Divine Entrance
As you step into SUSHOBHIT, you're greeted by a sacred divine pathway that sets the tone for a journey of elegance and sophistication. The entrance is a masterful blend of beauty and brain, incorporating panchtatvaa and showcasing exquisite craftsmanship by the team at Vanshika Agarwal Designs. The wooden ceiling, adorned with gold foil and jhoomer, reflects the grandeur of Royal Rajasthan, expertly crafted.

A Journey Through Time
Each room in SUSHOBHIT tells a unique story, weaving together the threads of tradition and modernity. Our client, Runjhun Bansal, envisioned a penthouse that would showcase the different eras of their generations, and accordingly, different cultures have been incorporated into the design by Vanshika Agarwal Designs. The penthouse is designed to tell a complete story of generations, with each space reflecting a distinct era. Vanshika Agarwal Designs has skillfully brought this vision to life. The grandmother's room is a tribute to the Mughal era, with arches and mirrors that evoke a sense of timelessness, designed by the creative team.

A Symphony of Spaces
From the common living area to the dining hall, powder room, and kitchen, every space in SUSHOBHIT is designed to perfection by the experts at Vanshika Agarwal Designs, showcasing the expertise of Vanshika Agarwal Designs. The hand-painted pichwai backdrop in the family lounge and the heritage hand-painted ceiling above the Royal dining table are just a few examples of the attention to detail that has gone into crafting this luxury abode. Notably, the lotus design in relation with thikri artwork in the backdrop symbolizes the journey of life - rooted in tradition, yet blooming with elegance and sophistication, adding an extra layer of cultural significance and beauty.

A Blend of Old and New
The upper floor, with its geometrical design, straight lines, and practicality, caters to the needs of the new generation, designed by Vanshika Agarwal Designs. The bar, with its carved wooden panel and semiprecious slab, is a nod to the glorious era of the Lucknowi nawabs. The office, with its clever use of leftover wooden panels and fossil wood table top, is a testament to sustainable design, showcasing the expertise of the Vanshika Agarwal Designs team.

A Luxury Oasis
The terrace, with its toddlers' playground and vitamin D spot for elders, is a luxury in the midst of the bustling town, giving SUSHOBHIT the feel of a Kothi. Every aspect of this penthouse, from the lights to the handles and artefacts, has been carefully curated to match the owners' refined taste by the talented team at Vanshika Agarwal Designs.
