A 7.6 star energy rated home designed by Adapt Design Group and built by the team at Harris Build - the house generates more solar energy than it uses, while expansive north-facing windows bring in all the natural light that is required.

The home features two living areas, three bedrooms and two bathrooms , thermal mass walls and passive cooling through strategic ventilation and shading elements. Designed to run without gas or any fossil fuels the new home is stacked with energy efficient appliances including a 5.25KW hybrid ready solar system, an electric oven and convection cooktop and a Daiken 7-star split system for heating and cooling.
The new owners are now in an enviable position and can live in a home that is very cheap to run when compared to other homes of a similar size.
