We got a 2- room apartment of 78 square meters with a studio-kitchen. The layout was changed quite a bit. Firstly, we removed the wall between the studio-kitchen and the hallway, thus making the space more open, and increased it visually. The hallway stopped to seem narrow and a kitchen-living room became visually wider. The hallway was separated from the living room by vertical wooden slats. The second change of plan was in the home office, where we slightly increased it, at the expense of to the spacious bathroom. This let us use the space more rationally and make the office as functional as possible, accommodating a working and lounge areas. The working zone consists of a wardrobe and a desktop with an armchair and lounge area consists of two armchairs, that can transform into a sofa, and a coffee table.
Conceptually, we decided to "dress" the apartment in a classic and modern at the same time stripe, advantageously expanding its horizontal lines in narrow places and adding height by vertical lines. Thus, the stripe can be seen on the tiles of a kitchen work area, furniture handles, paintings, and wooden slats, zoning kitchen-living room, and hallway.

The stripe creates a certain rhythm, makes the interior stylish and dynamic, so as not to overload the interior with additional accents, the color scheme was solved in black and white and neutral pastel shades. Using warm shades of different types of wood in alliance with black and white combination made the interior at once stylish and cozy.
