The homeowner's vision for this project was to create the ultimate custom luxury residential experience that catered to their fun and laid-back lifestyle, providing a comfortable life for themselves, their two children, and their beloved dog. They sought to seamlessly blend their daily activities with cutting-edge technology that enhanced their lives in various ways.

Enhanced Home took this vision to heart and delivered an exceptional experience that exceeded their expectations and became the showroom of Enhanced Home’s dreams. To achieve this, Enhanced Home embarked on the project with a holistic approach, starting from the pre-wire design and implementation stage. By working closely with the family, we gained a deep understanding of their unique needs, preferences, and aspirations. This allowed us to tailor the automation system to their specific requirements, ensuring that it seamlessly integrated into their lifestyle and daily routines. Recognizing that the family's needs may change over time as the children grew older, Enhanced Home planned ahead by creating a flexible system that could easily expand or be altered as required. This was made possible through the inclusion of four different mechanical rooms strategically placed throughout the home. These rooms provided the necessary infrastructure to add or modify components of the automation system, ensuring that it remained future-proof
and adaptable.

Enhanced Home utilized a comprehensive Crestron Home system to fulfill the automation needs of the Ultimate Demo Space (fondly known as Stoneledge), showcasing a wide range of Crestron solutions to create a truly immersive residential technology experience. The Crestron Home system formed the foundation of the automation setup, providing a centralized and intuitive interface for controlling and managing all aspects of home automation. It seamlessly integrated different technologies into a cohesive ecosystem, allowing for a
streamlined and user-friendly control experience.

One of the key components of the system was the lighting control solution, which allowed for effortless adjustment and customization of lighting levels throughout the residence. Enhanced Home leveraged Crestron's lighting control capabilities to create immersive lighting scenes and automated schedules that enhanced the ambiance and functionality of each space. To enhance privacy and optimize energy efficiency, the system incorporated motorized shades and drapery with custom pockets and side channels. These motorized window treatments seamlessly integrated with the Crestron system, providing precise control over light levels, privacy, and energy usage. The custom pockets ensured a clean and unobtrusive appearance when the shades or drapery were not in use and the integrate side channels allow for a complete blackout experience in all bedrooms.
