New master accessibility suite
Flip that siding upside down.
The roof,cut to length
Extra cover on the front porch, room for a seating, plumbed for natural gas fire pit.
Calling this our covered porch above the garage.
The master suite in need of design help..
Plumbing has committed me to this floor plan but I’m stuck. I want floating wall “lockers” for access but afraid it will be wrong. I put a 3x5 foot clear glass window in the shower with 80 square feet of heated floor, the pink and green areas. I want to tile the walls together,we’ll see..Now we are installing the free standing tub on the yellow floor near the toilet. Waiting for windows/doors next week..

The latest comments were the recycle house but we prefer the Hummingbird house playing off the inlaid steel plate hummingbird. The galvanized roof is concrete deck, the garden pots are recycled. The roof above the garage was raised 6 feet to accommodate our “Porch” with a 12 foot ceiling and plenty of air. We are also doing a 600 square foot open concept master handicap suite in the rear with secret garden behind and instant shade overhang for the summer heat.
