4100 ft2 on a 2.31 acre lot in the Sonoran desert of the NW Phoenix area. Fully remodeled between 2015 and 2022. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 bedrooms are en suites), office, full laundry, soaring greatroom (22 ft) that is over 30 ft. long, gourmet kitchen. Unusual challenge: the lot "feature" is a 1.3 acre major wash running diagonally through it that has sprung four tributaries, making a large amount of the land unusable. Am redoing the lot to create space for a pool, pool/craft house, two large ADUs connected by a garage on the other side of the property, and a culvert with a bridge over the wash to traverse to the other side.
