As JSE’s first modular home design, special care went into collaborating with the architect on layout, construction, and ensuring we chose the most ideal materials for offsite fabrication/onsite installation. The house came together seamlessly with the streamlined yet natural, organic feel the client desired.
The open floor plan, high ceilings, light finishes and large pane glass windows created an open, airy feel, virtually erasing the structure’s modular confines. Light fixtures added sparkle to the warm shell, while furniture and art brought in bold bursts of color.
