A reimaged condo situated in the heart of West Hollywood one of the most desired neighborhoods in LA due to its music history and young night life. The condo of Sunset Blvd. has been transformed by CentrePoint Construction Inc. into a modern Penthouse with an added 692 square feet rooftop deck space that any bachelor would love to live-inn.
Our client was inspired by the history of the neighborhood and wanted to create a high-end Penthouse with open floor plans. CentrePoint took the outdated 2-bedroom, 3 bathrooms and transformed it with custom glass wine rack and stairs railing. Upgraded 2 fireplaces, added a chef’s kitchen, luxurious bathrooms and the cherry on top a deck with out door kitchen over looking sunset Blvd.
