This cool and cozy studio was a garage that we converted into a living space for traveling nurses, since we are situated in between 4 major hospitals in the San Diego area.
By converting our garage into a studio, we not only are providing housing for people who need it, but we are also creating another way for us to help pay down our mortgage faster.
