1955 Rancher in Mt. Washington gets transformed with a primary suite addition

Scope of work completed:
Handsome primary suite addition clad in cumaru wood siding. Reoriented entryway and custom painted front door. New red oak hardwood flooring. New interior staircase with slatted divider. Window replacements. New TPO roof sloped to the back of the house to remove downspouts from the front facade. 2701 Rockwood is a design + build project by guerilla construction
The result is an enhanced mid century with noteworthy contemporary design.
