The house is designed around the backyard, with the new pool and spa as a focal point. Fleetwood pocket doors line the surrounding kitchen, formal living room, and master bedroom for quick & sleek backyard access. The master bedroom’s corner glass door is particularly dramatic and drenches the room in natural light.
This five bedroom, seven bath house sits on a street above Sunset Plaza on a dead end road. Landscaping screens the front of the house from view, and the sloping backyard hides the pool. These combined factors create a house that is intimate & private without sacrificing square footage.
