The clients asked for a home catering to family style entertainment. The kitchen, laundry and the bathrooms were redesigned completely. The home also received a nomination in the finale of the 2020 Georgie Housing Awards for this. The kitchen was reconfigured and the ceiling lights replaced. The residents loved the new layout with classy and well-designed cabinetry. The oversized kitchen island featured a waterfall edge with a colour quartz countertop. The new family room also looked extravagant with a modern fireplace, built-in cabinets for corners and decorative Floating shelves with black metal brackets. Lastly, the French door was replaced with folding glass doors for easy accessibility and improved indoor outdoor lifestyle.
