Business partners and real estate investors, George Manjarrez and Steven Gomez, took a little ugly duckling of a house in the desert and turned it into a beautiful black swan! Currently holding the highest selling price in the neighborhood, it is proof that good design sells. With backgrounds in Design, Construction and Sales, they took the house that no one wanted, added a little of what they like to call "Magic" and turned it into a desert retreat to die for.
