The project is centered in the renovation and interior design of a mid-century architecture home
built at the late 60's. By the use of marble on floors and wood on the walls we tried to express

some mental images from the old space. At the middle of the living room there’s a white belt of

quartz on the floor as a witness for where is used to be a sunken living room. With the to use

of antique pieces remaining from the family’s haciendas along with other modern and

contemporary pieces to create an eclectic ambience inside the house. At the pool area a roof is

built to generate a patio cover, a self standing metallic structure; We choose to use natural

finishes… limestone, quartzite, marble and granite slabs. Iighting is an important design

element too with a variety of fixtures that have different purposes and incorporating their own

smart control system.
