the client wanted a single level, low maintenance, age in place, primary residence. they selected a lot near the historic northern california gold rush city of auburn. on approx. 1/2 acres corner lot in a suburban neighborhood overlooking ,oak tree studded, rolling foothills and distance views of downtown sacramento.
