Private7

The Private7 project is based on the independent use of residential buildings to be built on an area of 4000 m2 in Ömerli – Istanbul, and the scenario of a micro-neighborhood they will create with each other and with their surroundings.

The 7 villas and common areas have been organized while taking into account the
immediate surroundings of the site, its geometry and its elevation values. The building typologies have been differentiated according to the terrain, and the movements created at the façade boundaries through the use of open spaces allow for different variations on each façade. At this point, in each unit building; while the basement floors are raised above the ground level in the section to allow natural light, the relationship of the gardens with the ground floor is changed on each way and the same variant identity is transferred to the section.

The splendidly landscaped gardens and elegant outdoor spaces provide a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life, while the sophisticated interior design has been carefully crafted to provide residents with the ultimate in comfort and sophistication.

The wide window spaces on the façades were determined depending on the climatic conditions, the visual communication between the buildings and the functional relationships inside. The masses were loosened up by these wide sections and the choice of materials. Each opening turns the garden areas into an extension of the interior life of the villas. The steel structure design of the staircase transfers the fluidity captured on the ground floor to the other levels. The detailed solutions for the interior design are individual, the materiality depends on the function of the volumes, but each independent choice expresses total
harmony when put together.
