Private Residence

This once dull and empty basement features a stunning walk out to an infinity edge view of the Grand River and was under utilized. The design goals included a multi-functional living, working and entertainment space featuring wall and floor applications of a large format porcelain tile on a geo-thermal powered in floor heating system keeping the space warm and comfortable. The main feature wine wall is also fully temperature controlled, and the main bath features a chromo-therapy rain shower.
