Practical and Imaginative Tiny Space

A 590 sqft unfinished basement transformed into a multifunctional space. Our client requested an area that could allow lots of entertainment options and storage while providing privacy and stay for their overnight guest.

Design Approach: We prioritized the program; letting the entertainment aspects/features dictate the organization of the limited space. Full Basement consist of

 Family Room with built-in storage and sitting nook hidden behind a retractable movie screen
 Oversized bar for entertainment with lots of built-in cabinets for storage
 Closet
 Two tucked bunk beds with storage underneath
 Full Size Bathroom
