This 550 sq.m. home in Samut Prakan was designed for long-term, comfortable living. Prioritizing openness and functionality, every space is used efficiently to suit a modern lifestyle. The design blends Feng Shui principles with environmental science to create a balanced and practical home. A north-facing open-plan central hall brings in soft natural light and connects seamlessly to the garden. Thick walls offer thermal insulation and hidden storage, while natural ventilation is maximized. Simple materials and a warm, timeless palette reflect the owner’s character and ensure lasting appeal.
