Pebble Beach Residence

Pebble Beach Residence is a complete redesign and rebuild of a midcentury residence. The project partners loved the beautiful, wooded setting designed and built a residence that accommodates a 100+ year old oak tree. The pre-existing residence was stripped to its rafters and is now a stunning, modern residence with a Central Coast contemporary design aesthetic.

The residences' entry opens into central living area, with a central hearth and a sliding glass wall opening onto a private courtyard with an outdoor kitchen and dining area, a fire feature, a lounge area and hot tub. The home features custom furnishing and fixtures designed to complement the architecture.
The goal was to build a home that incorporates contemporary style with privacy and a wonderful indoor/outdoor lifestyle.
