1/2 of a two private home “Site Condo” - new in the area & a cool idea for beach properties as adu’s & additional structures are built - lot was divided from one two home lot to two completely separate properties - one w a driveway easement (both properties share a driveway). The other is the original home on the property that was gutted & redone 3 years ago.
