A rectangular opaque prism transversely intersects the plot. Its complexity is only hinted at to those observing from the outside, with the geometry creating a distinctive entrance vestibule set apart from the two extensive stone walls. Crossing this sophisticated porch, the true character of the P31 residence is revealed: turning inward, it unabashedly opens up to the back of the plot, where a garden surrounds the luxurious pool clad in Hitam stone that overlooks the landscape.

Taking advantage of the uneven terrain, the design divides the functions of the house into two floors. On the upper floor, where the main entrance is located, the service core, bedrooms, and living spaces are distributed. Extending almost the entire length of the house, a spacious balcony protrudes over the garden to enjoy the privileged view. The lower floor is exclusively dedicated to common leisure spaces, such as a games room, spa, gym, and gourmet kitchen. All connected to the garden and pool deck.

While the front facade of the P31 may seem to separate itself from its surroundings, the rear of the house is arranged to fully embrace it. Sliding glass doors enclose the internal spaces, creating a constant connection with the surrounding landscape. The resulting architectural composition is defined by structural modulation: the horizontality of the construction contrasts with the verticality of the cylindrical concrete pillars. Filling this grid, the transparency and homogeneity of the glass planes are interrupted by opaque concrete planes bearing the marks of the wooden forms used in construction.
