A natural wooded lot in Collier Hills, Overbook is a Beltline Mid-Century featuring over 2,336 square-foot of living space as well as a detached garage studio.
Entering the home, the foyer provides 14’ ceilings and ample natural light via clearstory glazing and skylights.
The front entry integrates seamlessly into the open one story floor plan providing an extension of the main entertainment space with the placement of large sliding glass doors.
The cypress wood veneer is used to warm and soften the Mid-Century exterior while also providing clean lines and a quality exterior finish.
The front deck offers a panorama of the Beltline and the Bobby Jones golf course allowing for fall and winter views of the Peachtree Road skyline. The great room and kitchen have multiple outdoor views and multiple access points integrating with nature.
