the custom bar with the custom built wine rack and the penny tile stretching in front of it
a closer look at the stone sink and faucet with gold accent
the custom built metal shelves with glass inlay are suspended from the ceiling and finish off the fabulous custom bar area. the back splash has been laid in a brick pattern and is glass tile. together with the black soapstone, solid lava stone bar sink and beautiful retro faucet the look is complete!
the opened eat-in kitchen between the kitchen and great room features penny tiles on the floor that wrap all the way from the bar across the eat-in kitchen to the exterior doors on the other side. the organic and wavy shape create a unique spatial definition within the great room
the vanities offer plenty of storage and the make-up area with mirrored cabs even more functionality
the openness of the new master bath is a continuation of the contemporary and seamless atmosphere on the first floor
the new freestanding tub creates an open and contemporary feel
the enlarged house features tile on the ceiling and 16" by 32" stone tiles on the walls

This transformation underwent a completely redo of the overall look of the house with an 80's red oak interior.... We were able to retain the unique characteristics of the home and incorporate them in a new and contemporary way! Some added custom touches further emphasized this home's quirkiness.
