One Lex

In a 2700 square foot penthouse in downtown Phoenix, a city not known for urban living, we created a peaceful residence with an open layout for entertaining. On the outer walls, we designed casework to conceal the existing building structure, mechanical system, and roll shades. The use of glass on the interior draws natural light in to the bathrooms. The restrained material palette, use of light colors, and clean-lined architectural detailing provide a quiet backdrop for a dramatically changing sky and city beyond.
