Situated high in the hills of the historic and eclectic Mesa neighborhood, On The Rocks is an original 1959 Hugh Kaptur, often noted as one of the finest examples of modern hillside architecture in Palm Springs. Featuring 200-degree views of three mountain ranges, the cityscape of Palm Springs and the valley floor, the midcentury vacation home enjoys a stunning vantage point.
On The Rocks features three master suites. The first features a Four Seasons king sized bed and a daybed located on the adjacent private patio. The second bedroom also features a Four Seasons King sized bed. The "Love Shack" (so named for its decorative lyrics), which is the third bedroom in the detached casita, features a Four Seasons king sized bed and dual walls of sliding glass doors on both the east and west side of the Casita, resulting in a total indoor/outdoor living space.
On The Rocks has a custom saline pool with two infinity edges, an integrated spa, and tanning shelf. Located between the main house and casita is the outdoor living room, which features a bar area, fire pit, restored vintage Orange Charmglow gas BBQ and projector for outdoor movie viewing.
