Next Collection – Multifunctional Complex by Spectrum Architecture
Located on Georgia’s stunning Green Cape coast, the Next Collection multifunctional complex is a striking example of organic architecture, thoughtfully designed by Spectrum Architecture. The project harmoniously integrates with the natural topography, creating a seamless dialogue between built form and landscape. Its design approach prioritizes both functionality and aesthetic appeal, offering spaces that are purposeful, immersive, and visually refined.
Architectural Concept
Inspired by natural forms, materials, and flowing patterns, the building embodies the principles of organic design. Its curved silhouette and fluid composition give the impression that it has naturally evolved from its surroundings. Rather than dominating the landscape, the architecture embraces it—resulting in a structure that feels both sculptural and integrated.
Program & Features
Externally, the building’s smooth white facade features sweeping lines and dynamic contours that reflect movement and blend with the coastline. Inside, the complex offers a series of adaptable, multi-purpose spaces ideal for diverse events and activities. The layout is carefully organized to meet the lifestyle needs of residents and visitors alike.
Three distinct wings are anchored by a central podium, which hosts a lush multifunctional garden. The rooftop is designed as a unique destination in itself, featuring an infinity pool with spectacular panoramic views of the Black Sea on one side and the Batumi Botanical Garden on the other. Additional rooftop amenities include a signature restaurant, an outdoor bar, and expansive terraces that elevate the guest experience.
The inner courtyard offers terraced pools, a second outdoor bar, dedicated relaxation zones, and a safe, playful area for children—ensuring the complex serves all ages and needs.
Landscape & Environmental Context
The site’s favorable climate supports a rich landscape design, with a carefully curated selection of plant species incorporated into patios, terraces, and green roofs. The architectural detailing of the hotel facade is meticulously executed, balancing technical precision with visual impact. Interior and exterior spaces are unified through a design language that celebrates contrast and cohesion.
Connection with Nature
A key feature of the complex is its use of natural light and framing of breathtaking views. Expansive glazing invites sunlight into the interiors, creating a bright, airy atmosphere and a strong visual connection to the outdoors. This biophilic approach enhances well-being, evoking a sense of tranquility and openness.
Each architectural element is designed as an extension of the environment. The facade’s color palette harmonizes with the natural surroundings, while hotel balconies offer uninterrupted vistas of the sea, sunsets, and the lush botanical garden—providing a serene and unforgettable experience for every guest.
