The newly inaugurated Fireplace by Bedrock at One Holland Village in Singapore introduces an enchanting culinary haven, rooted in the award-winning ethos of Bedrock, yet infused with a novel, nature-inspired flair. This creation of the distinguished Hot Design Folks studio marries the rustic charm of wood fire cuisine with a palette of flavors designed to stir the senses, paying homage to the fundamental beauty of cooking with fire.

Diners at Fireplace by Bedrock are treated to an immersive dining saga, within spaces ranging from a tranquil, verdant terrace to a vibrant, interactive show kitchen. Every environment within the restaurant serves as a backdrop for gastronomic creativity, crafted to captivate and thrill every sense.

Among the restaurant's design marvels is an imposing dry-aging and wine showcase extending from floor to ceiling, born from the unique visions of its designers. This prominent element underscores the studio's dedication to creating spaces that are both functional and rich in narrative.

The heart of the restaurant features an open flame, encapsulating guests in a theatrical dining experience, set amongst a backdrop of cozy timber and aged zinc details that mirror the raw essence of Asado grilling traditions. Additionally, the space boasts a semi-private dining area, shrouded by a metallic mesh curtain, creating a secluded setting for special gatherings, highlighted by custom leather artwork from Bali and an exclusive brass pendant light crafted by Paola Navone. An outdoor terrace, equipped with a retractable canopy amidst flourishing greenery, offers a genuine Asado dining experience under the open sky.

Drawing inspiration from the durable Quebracho Tree, known for its use in fueling Asado grills, the restaurant's interior design stitches together a rich mosaic of earthly hues and textures. This enveloping ambiance, accentuated by tactile surfaces and a 'rammed earth' finish inspired by the Quebracho tree's rings and color spectrum, was specially developed for the project by Clayworks, London, following an HDF design.

The minds behind Fireplace by Bedrock describe the venue as more than just a restaurant; it's a festivity of fire, flavor, and fellowship. It welcomes guests to a realm where each meal is a tribute to the lavish bounty of nature, all set against the scenic expanse of Singapore's One Holland Village.
