From Elena Mikhaylova

The house started as a future AirBnB investment has become an artistic journey full of unexpected discoveries and experiments. The owner, Elena Mikhaylova, had never had any construction experience and during the built, has acquired a lot of new skills from plumbing to carpentry. It also has inspired her to start a new business (Fluid Ambience) teaching others about epoxy applications. In this built, she used epoxy to coat the floor, shower walls and ceiling, countertop, furniture, and window sills. This house construction has become an exciting design and technological experiment to create an intelligent dwelling with remotely controlled lights, locks, water supply, and air temperature and smart space allocation. The house can easily host four people and has all conveniences of modern life.
